Supervisory Training
In July 2020, ASDS organized a supervisory training program for their management staffs. This program covers the essential skills they need for their role and how important it is to stay motivated, strong and efficient for their team.
During this program, they will also learn the importance of improving and developing their subordinates’ performance through effective management. With the right tools and mindset, they will be able to manage their team with effectiveness and confidence.
