Excellent Customer Service and Sales Skills Training

On 18th to 22nd March, three specially selected staff underwent an extensive sales and marketing course on site at Mentiri. The 5-day course covered various aspects of sales and customer handling techniques from differentiating a service from a quality service, learning the five-step service cycle, sales culture, identifying and distinguishing product features and product benefits to dealing with customers and more. Throughout the duration of the training, the attendees actively participated in various role-playing scenarios which let them assume the roles of sales agent, customers and observers. The course concluded with a role play where each trainee was tasked to sell one of ASDS’s products or services to the client (role played by the trainer) within 30 minute time limit during which they must convince the customer and close the deal.

ASDS believes in investing on staff training as part of building its human capital as the way towards improvement towards service excellence.
