The Thinking Manager Course
On 8th May 2018, two managerial staff from AEGIS SDS attended the The Thinking Manager Course held at Radisson Hotel in the capital. The course focuses on honing the thinking skills and knowledge for new managers or those in transition to be a manager to better equip them with the necessities needed for their new role.
The 2 days course covered various topics on managing from understanding roles and responsibilities, subordinates empowerment and motivation to conflict management and more. The attendees for this training also participated in several brain stimulating activities to encourage them to “think outside the box”. This is part of AEGIS SDS career development programme and succession planning.
