Responsible for efficiently managing the reception area. Welcome and greet guests warmly, and notify relevant employees of their arrival. Ensure guests sign in upon arrival and maintain accurate records in the logbook and contact database. Issue temporary security passes to incoming guests in exchange for their identification. Direct and accompany guests to the appropriate meeting room(s). Screen phone calls and visitors to ensure they are directed to the correct person or department. Answer all incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner, and transfer calls to the appropriate employees.
Minimum ‘O’ level certification or technical certificates, or equivalent qualifications.
Age between 22 and 35 years old.
Must be courteous, possess a pleasant personality, and have a presentable appearance.
Fluent in both written and verbal English and Malay.
Organized, with active listening, writing, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office packages such as MS Word and MS Excel.
Capable of handling sensitive and confidential information.
Excellent communication skills, particularly in telephone and face-to-face interactions.
Control Room Operator

To provide an efficient coordinated, proactive and technically advanced security and monitoring service to protect and to ensure the security and protection of AEGIS/S3 business, premises, branches or clients’ assets as well as the post guards attendance/any report issues will be reporting to Control Room Operator.
Minimum ‘O’ level with English and Malay credit.
Able to work in minimum supervision.
The ability to follow orders and procedures.
Able to work in shift hours and/or public holiday.
Good at speaking and writing in English and Malay.
Have driving license class 3 and no issue in transportation.
National Control Center Operator

Responsible to supervise and to ensure the security procedures are being practiced within the premises, branches and in particular secure areas. To monitor and control the access into AEGIS premises and secure areas, including vehicle and any activity of in/out of premises. To monitor the alarm Central Monitoring Signals and the first responder to any alarm trigger, incidents and etc.
Minimum ‘O’ level with English and Malay credit.
Have an experienced in telephone etiquette or related is an advantages.
Have soft skills such as emails, MS office and etc.
Able to work under pressure and to follow orders and procedures.
Able to work in shift hours and/or public holidays.
Good command of spoken and written English and Malay.
Have driving license and no transport issues.
Vault Operator

To be responsible for all aspects of security and operations of the vaults and oversee the daily vault operating including security and vault check in/out. To ensure day to day operations fully compliance with the relevant policy and operating procedures whilst performing duty.

A team player and fast learner.

ATM Customer Support Agent

Able to work on shift hours 8-12 hours
Able to work overtime
