Supporting Youth Development Programmes
AEGIS SDS supports national apprenticeship programmes and currently has six Youth Development Programme (YDP) graduates in full time employment. The first intake of YDP graduates has been in service for 5 years and has attained supervisory and senior positions. The second intake of YDP graduates has been in service for 3 years and they are currently in senior operator and support positions.
