Supervisory Trainee Programme
In July 2017, AEGIS SDS officially introduced the first Supervisory Trainee Programme with three candidates who will undergo a 12-month on-the-job training in all the different operations within the company. This programme aims to develop the necessary supervisory skills to enable the future leadership and succession planning.
