Performance Coaching Skills Workshop
A handful of ASDS senior staffs was selected to undergo Performance Coaching Skills 3 days workshop on the 5th July until 7th July 2021. The purpose of this workshop is to develop their coaching and communication skills and to be able to teach their juniors more effectively.
After the completion of this 3 day workshop, our senior staffs would be able to handle difficult situations and also make a positive impact on the quality of teamwork and productivity within the company.
