Jump Start Your Supervisory Skills Course 2018

On 24th to 25th October, 10 AEGIS SDS and AEGIS SS supervisors and supervisor trainees attended a 2-day course which was aimed to develop their leadership qualities and equip them with knowledge to prepare them for current and future leadership roles in the company.

On top of the classroom style of delivery, the attendees were also required to partake in various activities and active discussions amongst each other and the trainer.  Among the activities included a team presentation on roles and responsibilities of a leader, coaching exercises and leadership and teamwork activity.

Team ‘Ace’ won the first prize in the group leadership and teamwork challenge activity.
Team ‘Bravo’ secured their place as the first runner up.
Team ‘AAA’ came in third place.

This course is part of AEGIS SDS’s ongoing effort to prepare and develop staff for future and succession planning.
