ITIL Foundation Certification
On 26th July 2017, two employees from AEGIS SDS completed a 3 day Information Technology Infrastructure Library(ITIL) Foundation Certification course. The ITIL Foundation Certificate aims to offer a general awareness of the key elements, concepts and terminology used in the service life-cycle including the links between life-cycle stages, the processes used and their contribution to service management practices.
