ASDS has a range of warehousing and vaulting to suit your needs with purpose-built storage areas including dedicated shelving and pallet storage areas. You can be confident your stock is in good hands, protected from the weather as well as the risks of fire, theft and spoilage. Additionally, our Managed Storage team will keep an up-to-date inventory of your stock and provide reporting to your requirements.

Distribution

Getting items from our storage facility to your premises or direct to your customers has never been easier. Simply send us your orders and we’ll take care of all the dispatch requirements for you – from sorting, packing and labeling the items to sending them to the intended recipients. Whether it’s a single item or thousands, we’ll get your stock quickly on its way. Our geographical location and delivery options, including our own vehicle fleet enable us to deliver to all of Brunei Darussalam quickly and efficiently.

Scheduled Storage and Distribution

A part of our services include the storage and scheduled distribution of storage media such as magnetic tapes or even hard drives. Storage media are all kept in specialised vaults where the temperature and humidity are constantly controlled to ensure the longevity and integrity of your storage media. Rotation of storage media can be arranged with specific service requirements to ensure your systems are in peak operation.

Business Process Outsourcing

Business process outsourcing (BPO) is a valuable and effective strategy for organisations looking to achieve higher performance by controlling costs, reducing risk, fostering collaboration, increasing transparency or growing their businesses in general.

ASDS is able to provide outsourcing services that requires specialised tasks such as asset tagging, document organisation, data entry and cheque book printing.

Cheque Book Printing

Using supplied stocks from our clients, we able to print MICR codelines onto most standard sized cheques and then bind the cheques into books according to your specifications. Our capacities can range from low-volume printing for branches to large-scale production volume for entire banking operations.

Asset Tagging

Many large organisations use barcode or RFID tags to identity their assets. ASDS is ready to provide manpower to assist in large scale asset tagging projects that require personnel to be deployed in various locations within Brunei Darussalam.

Miscellaneous Tasks

Where required, ASDS can also provide manpower for other types of projects that are related to our current services and within existing capabilities. Examples of this may include book cataloging, book labeling, document sorting and data entry.

Food Distribution during Ramadhan

Self-Storage Expo Asia 2017

AEGIS SDS participated in the Self-Storage Expo Asia 2017 in Hong Kong organised by the Self-Storage Association Asia from the 17 to 19 May 2017. The Expo aims to network self-storage companies in Asia and to gain knowledge in new technologies and standards in the rapidly growing self-storage industry.

First Fire Drill of 2017

On 5th May 2017, AEGIS SDS conducted a fire drill to ensure the emergency readiness of the staff as well as the fire alarm system. The fire drill was led by trained and certified fire wardens who ensured a smooth evacuation of the premises to the assembly point.
