Scanners

AEGIS SDS is the local authorised distributor for scanners and Kodak capture pro document imaging . We sell high speed, high output industrial grade scanning machines of various models across a few brand/manufacturer to meet your business needs.

The industrial grade scanners we feature comes with various specifications and features, ranging from duplex document feeder type, flatbed scanners to wireless scanner. For compact size and portability, we have the i2600, i2620 and i2800 and the soon to come S2000. In the network scanner category we have the i1190WN and the soon to come S2000. We also supply Fujitsu scanners. For departmental use, we recommend the fi-7160 and fi-7030. For high output production you can consider the fi-5950, fi-6770 and fi-7700.

The i2S scanners are designed specially for contactless scanning of thick books or bound documents, manuscripts and even artifacts.

The Copibook comes with flip motion detection which can automatically scan after the page of the material is turned, this can automate a part of the scanning process.

The Suprascan is a heavy duty scanning machine designed for scanning a range of materials ranging from document, books to even smaller artifacts. It feature HD crystal camera which is capable of capturing image with resolution up to 1000 dpi. The size of the scanning table can support up to A1 (or A0, depending on the model).

The Contex scanners is specialised for scanning large, wide or long documents such as architectural plans, maps, seismic charts and more.  The scanner feeder can accept sheets up to 2A0 size (for 54 inch Contex). The newer models could capture the image at resolution up to 1200 dpi.

PRISM Asia Pacific Conference 2017

AEGIS SDS participated in the PRISM (Professional Records and Information Services Management) Asia Pacific Conference 2017 in Bangkok which lasted 2 days from the  7 to 8 August 2017.  This two day conference aims to educate the participants and facilitate networking opportunities between companies in the Asia Pacific region.
