Team Building
On Thursday and Friday, 5th to 6th April 2018, a total of 25 staff from Aegis Secure Solutions Sdn Bhd participated in Team Building activities organised by KMAS management.
The team building took place at the Perkhemahan Hutan Simpanan Berakas.
The main focus of these activities was to learn teamwork and build long-term friendships among our staff and management. Some aspects of these activities required improving and learning of leadership and communication skills, which are vital to the workplace.
Activities included connecting the dots, Blind Folded Crisscrossing, Crossing the Spider Web, Newspaper Rocket Challenge, Crossing the lava river and various games. The practical application of the abovementioned skills demonstrated how we could use them in our work.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience where staff could spend some time together and most importantly, work as a team. After a few hours of team building activities, and facing obvious weariness, the participants were treated to BBQ and certificates to end the 2 days team building activity.
