On 30th June, members of AEGIS SDS celebrated Hari Raya Aidil Fitri and the 13th Anniversary of the company with a lunch celebration to show mutual appreciation between the company and the staff.
During the occasion, the management awarded 10 good years service certificate to our Operations Manager.
In June, 2018, the fourth batch Supervisory Trainee commenced her training. The candidate will undergo a 12-month on-the-job training in all the different operational aspects within the company. This programme aims to develop the necessary supervisory skills to enable future leadership and succession planning. The next development phase is for Managerial positions.
On 19th June, members of AEGIS SDS went for Hari Raya Open House visit to AEGIS Executive Director’s Residence.
Managers and supervisors will be distributing food packs to 82 guards for Sungkai this Ramadhan to demonstrate our commitment to our employees.
