Last Ramadhan on May, 25th 2019, the AEGIS team distributed basic necessities to 8 selected families in Kg Ayer, Tutong and Belait District. This year’s efforts were sponsored by AEGIS staff with a contribution of foods and donations items.More than 10 volunteers assisted with the donation drive and thank you to their generosity and hope we can do it again soon.
Managers and supervisors distributed food packs to the guards in KB and Bandar for sungkai this Ramadhan. The puasa food delivery is an annual tradition and an opportunity to reach out to staff and assist them during Puasa.
This year the food is supplied by Saffron Cafe Sdn Bhd. It is important to the Company that the guards are healthy and able to work during Ramadhan when it may be more difficult for them.
From 30th April to 2nd May 2019, ASDS sent an officer for ITIL version 4 Foundation Course. The 3-day course was an updated version of the previous ITIL version 3 and it included a more holistic approach to ITSM allowing for better integration with other frameworks such as Agile and DevOps.
ASDS provides training and certifications to selected staff to improve their career paths and allow them to perform better for the mutual benefits for the company and its staff.
On 30th of April 2019, a team of eight representatives from a client visited ASDS premise in Mentiri as part of their annual contract performance assessment to review ASDS’s HSSE practices based on their stringent standards on outsourcing services.
On 23rd – 24th April 2019, three members of ASDS managerial staff attended a Mentoring Workshop at Anggerek Desa Berakas. The two-day workshop is meant to develop mentoring skills in staff of managerial or senior positions in the company to allow them to develop and build younger and newer staff within the company.
