Account Executive

Responsible for handling daily accounting tasks, including billing, invoices, payments, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.
Supports audit and tax preparations, manages purchase orders and vendor payments, and ensures accurate financial records and reporting.
Requirements:
Minimum Higher National Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field.
Possess a recognized professional accountancy bodies – ACCA / Audits would be an advantage.
Minimum of five (5) years working experience in Accounts, Finance or any related roles & experience.
Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping procedures.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Ability to prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports.
An effective communicator with strong oral and written skills in English, excellent leadership ability, and people management.
Must be able to work independently, proactive, meticulous and meet reporting deadlines.
Ability to speak and understand Mandarin is an advantage.

Manned Secure Solutions Trainer (MSS)

Responsible for monitoring all aspects of the Aegis Induction Training Program including conducting theory, practical and on-the-job training to ensure MSS operational staff are aware and fully compliant with the relevant policies and procedures.
Developing quality vocational training and ensuring training is up-to-date with the needs of the company and clients
Requirements:
Minimum qualification of HND in Business Management, Teaching or any relevant field
Have 3 years experience in the security industry, preferably in Supervisory, training or operational roles.
Experience conducting classroom practical, and on the job training.
Experience in conducting investigations, gathering facts and preparing incident reports.
Good command of spoken and written in English and Malay.
Have driving license and no transport issues.
Having experience as an ex-military, police or warden is an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
