Responsible as the nerve of the cash operations activity (ATM, CIT, FLM)
To deal with clients via phone call and followed up via email for any scheduled maintenance required
To deliver customer service and ensure meet their expectation and satisfaction.
Minimum HNTEC/NTEC in IT background or relavant to the field and/or with credit of English and Malay.
Have experiences in call centre/front services.
Good at speaking and writing in English and Malay.
Have driving license class 3 and no issue in transportation.
Able to work in minimum supervision.
Able to work in shift hours and/or Public Holidays.
Cash Processing Centre Cashier

Location: Bandar Seri Begawan
To carry out the internal Cash Operations activities, Monitor Cash Operations Logistics for control items.
Ensure day to day operations fully comply with the relevant policy and operating procedures whilst performing duty.
Minimum ‘O’ level in mathematics/numerical subject with a credit of Malay and English.
Have experiences in the related field.
A team player and fast learner.
Good in numbers and basic computer skills.
Good command of spoken English and Malay.
Have a driving license and no transport issues.
