– Access to your BCP site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year.
– Maximum of 2 hours response time during Sundays, public holidays and after office hours.
– Total of 560kVA worth of backup power provided by on-site diesel generators.
– Fiber connectivity provided by Telekom Brunei and DST.
– Regular and scheduled maintenance of facilities.
– Fire protection via sprinkler or gas suppression depending on your needs.
– Security alarm linked back to a 24/7 manned Central Managed Security at our headquarters for remote monitoring.
– RFID card readers and biometric door access controls installed all throughout the premises

Managed Storage

ASDS has a range of warehousing and vaulting to suit your needs with purpose-built storage areas including dedicated shelving and pallet storage areas. You can be confident your stock is in good hands, protected from the weather as well as the risks of fire, theft and spoilage. Additionally, our Managed Storage team will keep an up-to-date inventory of your stock and provide reporting to your requirements.

Distribution

Getting items from our storage facility to your premises or direct to your customers has never been easier. Simply send us your orders and we’ll take care of all the dispatch requirements for you – from sorting, packing and labeling the items to sending them to the intended recipients. Whether it’s a single item or thousands, we’ll get your stock quickly on its way. Our geographical location and delivery options, including our own vehicle fleet enable us to deliver to all of Brunei Darussalam quickly and efficiently.

Scheduled Storage and Distribution

A part of our services include the storage and scheduled distribution of storage media such as magnetic tapes or even hard drives. Storage media are all kept in specialised vaults where the temperature and humidity are constantly controlled to ensure the longevity and integrity of your storage media. Rotation of storage media can be arranged with specific service requirements to ensure your systems are in peak operation.

Cheque Book Printing

Using supplied stocks from our clients, we able to print MICR codelines onto most standard sized cheques and then bind the cheques into books according to your specifications. Our capacities can range from low-volume printing for branches to large-scale production volume for entire banking operations.

Asset Tagging

Many large organisations use barcode or RFID tags to identity their assets. ASDS is ready to provide manpower to assist in large scale asset tagging projects that require personnel to be deployed in various locations within Brunei Darussalam.

Miscellaneous Tasks
