2. You pack your records in the storage boxes and seal them.
3. We will pick up your storage boxes when ready and transport them to our secure storage facility.

Next-day, half-day and emergency retrieval services are available in case you require your documents again.

We are also able to handle and store other materials such as map tubes, geological samples and tapes.

Better Control

At our facility, the storage boxes are assigned barcodes and scanned into our records management system to allow us to track its status and location. This allows us to inventory your boxes and keep track of its status and location and any time.

Information Security Awareness training/briefing

June 2010,

AEGIS SDS conducted briefing/training session for all staff on the topic of Information Security – a hot topic in the 21st Century. Due to increasing role of Information Technology in daily business activities,  information security has become something of paramount importance.

The year 2017 has been filled with cyber security incidents with recurring Ransomware attacks and hacker activities thus it is vital for every staff to understand the importance of IS and how to maintain it with vigilance.

The session is co-delivered by the Asst. IT manager and IT Officer. The training is split into several sessions in order to ensure all the staff received the necessary training and have passed the test paper issued at the end of the training session.

Introduction of Incineration Services

Starting on the 1st June 2017, AEGIS SDS now offers incineration services for the destruction of highly classified documents. Additionally, the incinerator used reduces the impact to the environment via the use of a 2-second afterburner to reduce harmful emissions and smoke.
