Valet storage is a type of storage where we keep your belongings but the packing and unpacking is done at your place at your own convenience.

How does it work?valet process1) Free Storage Boxes delivery & pickup: We send our men to do delivery & pickup of storage boxes to your doorstep.

2) Packing: Packing is self service at your own convenience and privacy.

3) Pickup: We will handle pickup and delivery using our own transportation. Anti-tamper seal are applied to each box to ensure that the boxes have not been opened.

4) Delivery: Upon your request we will deliver the boxes to you the same way we do pickup from you. The box(es) containing your items will be returned to you unopened.

Getting your own storage unit is simple and can be completed in these steps;

1. Visit our U-Stow website, www.u-stowbrunei.com or visit our facility to determine the most suitable unit size for your requirement.
2. You can reserve a unit or proceed to rent a unit by signing rental contract at our main Facility in Mentiri.
3. Should you require storage boxes or packing materials you may purchase them at our shop.
4. After renting, you may store your goods in the unit. Any good that does not fall under prohibited goods category can be stored in the unit at your own discretion. 
5. Lock up and secure your unit after storing your goods. The keys to your unit is to be kept by you. You may use your own padlock to secure your unit. 
6. You can access you units at any time 24/7 (including outside our operational hours).
