The manned security officers are recruited from local candidates, with the exception of some specialised skills such as dog handling. All manned security officers are police vetted and fully trained to international standards.

K9 Services
AEGIS Brunei is the only commercial security company providing manned security guard dogs. Whether you want Personal VIP service, Event Service, Patrol Service, etc., all of your physical security services may be enhanced by the use of a K9 with specialist. Dogs add an air of seriousness to your security services and let your potential trouble maker know you mean business.
The K9 service have the ability to detect so much more than humans and can alert their handler of a situation long before a physical specialist would notice because of their advanced sense of sight, hearing and smell. The effectiveness of the K9 addition is high and can reduce your need for people on the ground by 3-5 guards per dog.
Mobile Patrol and Rapid Response Services
Our mobile patrol team consists of highly trained manned security officers equipped with radio communication to our 24 hours-manned control room. The team visits commercial and domestic premises for the purpose of checking and reporting on the status of the property including doors, windows, and perimeter fences and so on.
Our patrollers are highly skilled and trained for any rapid response call. A team of operators receives all emergency alarms and a response routine is followed to protect from intrusion, burglary, theft, fire, gas leakage and personal emergencies. Where appropriate the patrollers will call public agencies like police, fire, medical as well as inform primary and backup contacts.
Temporary Ad hoc Services
Our ad hoc service specializes in assignments that range from a minimum of 4 hours to 2 months, providing temporary and specialized personnel who are trained to provide protection services, crowd control service, events and exhibitions security services, security escort, and other ad hoc protection services.
The Service Ambassador provides enhanced interaction of face-to-face customer service standards in the bank and first line maintenance of ATM Machines. All our Ambassadors have high grooming and etiquette standards and their primary role is that of providing assistance and information through their expert knowledge to ensure the service is delivered to the highest level.
