Annual HSE Awareness Briefing for Staff

On 20th April 2019, all ASDS staff gathered for a HSE awareness briefing conducted by the HSE Officer. The objective of the annual exercise is to raise awareness of HSE and its importance for new staff as well as a refresher for senior staff. Among the topics covered included proper manual handling technique, how to put on safety harness, safe driving habits and more.

Coaching Workshop

On 9th to 10th April 2019, two staff from ASDS management attended a two-day workshop at Anggerek Desa, Berakas. The aim of the workshop is to develop coaching skills among senior staffs to allow them to teach junior staff more effectively. The workshop concluded with awarding of certificates to all participants.

Excellent Customer Service and Sales Skills Training

On 18^th to 22^nd March, three specially selected staff underwent an extensive sales and marketing course on site at Mentiri. The 5-day course covered various aspects of sales and customer handling techniques from differentiating a service from a quality service, learning the five-step service cycle, sales culture, identifying and distinguishing product feature...
