From 30th April to 2nd May 2019, ASDS sent an officer for ITIL version 4 Foundation Course. The 3-day course was an updated version of the previous ITIL version 3 and it included a more holistic approach to ITSM allowing for better integration with other frameworks such as Agile and DevOps.

Mentoring Workshop
On 23rd – 24th April 2019, three members of ASDS managerial staff attended a Mentoring Workshop at Anggerek Desa Berakas. The two-day workshop is meant to develop mentoring skills in staff of managerial or senior positions in the company to allow them to develop and build younger and newer staff within the company.
