About Us

AEGIS Sdn Bhd has been the local shareholder for G4S Brunei Sdn Bhd since July 1998 in partnership with Group 4 Securicor plc.  Effective 2nd February 2016, Group 4 Securicor plc sold its shareholding stake in G4S Brunei to AEGIS. The company is now under full, local Bruneian ownership.

AEGIS Secure Solutions Sdn Bhd has developed a unique managed package that addresses both the security needs of our clients and also takes care of the administrative burdens.
