CSR Initiative for Aegis & S3 Employees
Aegis Secure Solutions Sdn Bhd (Aegis SS) and Sphere Secure Services Sdn Bhd (S3) conducted various activities during Ramadhan as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program.
The customary sungkai food delivery to operational staff in the Manned Secure Services Department and Cash Secure Services Department was organized daily to support our front line staff as they continue to work while fasting. This year 202 food packages were delivered to posts across Brunei (from Bandar to KB) by the executives and officers of Aegis SS and S3 for those guards experiencing sungkai during their work shift.
This year marked our first Majlis Membaca Yassin dan Tahlil at Kubah Makam Diraja, Batu Satu on the 15th of April 2023. A total of 34 staff attended this event.
Concluding the month of Ramadhan was our traditional donation drive to help our staff and their families who are in need. Cash and in-kind donations were collected from Aegis SS and S3 employees. The funds were used towards the purchase of daily necessities such as cooking oil, bags of rice, canned foods, dry foods, electric top up cards, and more. These were distributed to 6 employees – 3 in Bandar, 3 in KB – who were selected in consideration of their commitment to their work as well as their family.
Through our CSR efforts we hope that our employees feel supported and valued.
Aegis SS is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. We are now ISO 9001 certified as of 2nd March 2023 demonstrating our commitment to our customers and our processes. Aegis SS has 301 employees across Brunei. S3 is Aegis SS’s sister company and employs 434 guards operating from Bandar to KB.
