Hari Raya and Merit Awards Celebration

AEGIS Secure Solutions Sdn Bhd organised its Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration and Merit Awards on 8th July 2017 at Jerudong Sphere Secure Service (S3) office.

The guest of honour at the event were Ahmad bin Isa, Hj Ahmad Morshidi bin POK Di-Gadong Seri Diraja Dato Laila Utama Awg Hj Abdul Rahman, and Sulaiman bin Hj Ahai.

The event aimed to celebrate the festive spirit with Directors and staffs. The event highlighted with the Merit Awards Ceremony which was held quarterly to award operational staffs (Aegis and Sphere Secure Services) on their good work performance.

Other fun activities were also carried out, including presentation for best raya office decorations, best dress competition and quizzes.

Jump Start Your Supervisory Skills

On 5th July 2017, AEGIS Secure Data Solutions supervisors and trainee supervisors gathered for a 2 day Jump Start Your Supervisory Skills training session. The training was conducted by an experienced trainer in the management consultancy industry. The training session was a delivered via a mixture of group practical activities, discussions and learning topics on employee engagement, coaching and performance management. Overall, the training session was a great success.

Driver Skill Workshop

AEGIS SDS began a programme in July 2017 to train all company drivers to ensure that all drivers learn and practice safe driving techniques, pre-departure checks and emergency procedures including tyre changing.

Hari Raya Aidilfitri Celebration 2017

On 30th June 2017, the management and staff of AEGIS SDS celebrated Hari Raya Aidilfitri with a catered lunch. The management of AEGIS SDS would like to wish all our customers, staff and their families a very happy Selamat Hari Raya.

Supervisory Trainee Programme

In July 2017, AEGIS SDS officially introduced the first Supervisory Trainee Programme with three candidates who will undergo a 12-month on-the-job training in all the different operations within the company. This programme aims to develop the necessary supervisory skills to enable the future leadership and succession planning.
