As quoted ‘Your Next Quest Awaits You’, Aegis Secure Solutions Sdn Bhd has successfully been part of the UBD Career Fair, held from 28th June 2024 to 30th June 2024. As the exhibitor, we have been able to showcase the organization Culture, Values, along with the position that could fit with their career goals. The Career Fair featured a wide range of companies from various industries, providing attendees with ample opportunities to explore career options, network with industry professionals and future employers.
During the event Aegis also conducted Walk-In Interviews, giving candidates a chance to impress potential employers directly and potentially secure job offers. We also offered career counseling, providing personalized guidance to students regarding their career choices and professional development.
Overall, we received more than 150 applications from the Hardcopy to digital application. The UBD Career Fair was a significant event that successfully bridged the gap between education and employment, offering numerous opportunities for career advancement to the attendees.
On June 25, 2024, Aegis Secure Solutions Sdn Bhd partnered with Jerudong Park Medical Centre (JPMC) to host a Blood Donation Drive at Aman Hills Shopping Centre. The event aimed at supporting local healthcare facilities and our community as part of our ongoing commitment to corporate social responsibility.
The blood donation drive saw enthusiastic participation from Aegis employees, clients, and the public. Out of 47 screenings conducted, we successfully collected 33 pints of blood. Both staff and community members generously contributed, making a significant impact in support of this noble cause. We express our heartfelt gratitude to all donors for their life-saving contributions.
The event featured a comfortable and safe environment for donors in Aman Hills Shopping Centre, and each donor received small tokens of gratitude such as a customized JPMC bag including an AEGIS Pen and refreshments sponsored by JPMC Blood Banks. We also wish to thank JPMC for providing the professional medical staff who ensured that all donations were collected efficiently and safely, adhering to strict health protocols.
Aegis believes that corporate social responsibility is a core value of its operations, not limited to one-time events. The company remains dedicated to being a responsible corporate citizen and will continue seeking opportunities to give back to the community in meaningful ways.
Aegis and S3 continued their charitable giving for 2024 with a donation drive during Eid Adha
1445 Hijrah / 2024 Masihi to support employees in need. Eid Adha, also known as the Festival
of Sacrifice, is a time for reflection, gratitude, and sharing with those in need. Our donation drive
aims to provide essential support to families facing financial hardships.
All staff members were invited to contribute to the donation drive. Donations in various forms –
non-perishable food items, clothing, gently used toys and household essentials – were
welcomed and greatly appreciated. Monetary donations were used to purchase groceries. The
response from our staff was uplifting. Together we were able to assemble and distribute 15 care
packages to assist our colleagues and their families. Our dedicated team of volunteers carefully
sorted and distributed the care packages before Eid Adha.
We are proud to support our community. This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to the
well-being of our employees and the broader community.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed to the donation drive. Your
kindness and generosity have made a significant impact, and we look forward to continuing
these efforts in the future.
