On the 20th to 22nd of January 2020, one of our members of ASDS did a 3 days training course on handling customer complains.
During the training course, they were taught on how to identify the various types of customers and behavioral patterns. They were also taught on how to effectively reach a compromising stage when certain situation arises.
It is an essential skill that most staffs should have when they need to liaise with our customers as we are always looking to further improve our customers’ experience.
On 31st December 2019, all ASDS staff gathered for the annual End of Year event which was held at one of our local leading hotels.
This event was held to celebrate another successful passing year for ASDS and also serve as staff appreciation party to commemorate the staff contributions that have helped to steer the company forward.
During the event, awards were bestowed on 5 outstanding staff from each of the 5 categories; Best Overall Leadership, Best Overall Performance, Best Overall Improvement, Special Awards for Dedication and Special Award for Consistent Performance.
Five staff were also awarded with certificates of achievement for their service milestone for being in service to the company for 5 years and 10 years.
Apart from that, 18 staff were awarded with company badge as a token of appreciation for their years of service.
