In July 2020, ASDS organized a supervisory training program for their management staffs. This program covers the essential skills they need for their role and how important it is to stay motivated, strong and efficient for their team.
During this program, they will also learn the importance of improving and developing their subordinates’ performance through effective management. With the right tools and mindset, they will be able to manage their team with effectiveness and confidence.

On 16th June 2020, ASDS celebrated another milestone for being in operations for 15 years providing services to various clients from multiple sectors within the country.
In the light of recent situation, the celebration that marks this auspicious occasion was limited to a small gathering of supervisory and management staff for the cake cutting ceremony in-line with MoH guidance for conducting private function.
