On 18th March 2021, ASDS organized a conflict handling course for selected employees.
The purpose of this course is for our key employees to gain awareness on how to deal with conflict when it arises in the workplace. The participants also gained the understanding and skills on how to resolve conflict in an effective manner by communicating clearly and patiently while ensuring a favorable outcome and keeping the professional relationship robust.
The participants also learned how to quickly address conflicts, leadership skills, negotiating skills, methods of teaching positive behaviors and suppressing conflict-provoking behaviors. This aids in maintaining and building harmonious relationships with their colleagues, team leaders and managers.
