Progresif Sdn Bhd and AEGIS yesterday signed a partnership agreement marking the beginning of a collaboration in smart security technology and solutions.
Progresif Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Hajah Nurul Haniah Haji Jaafar and AEGIS CEO Jorge F Vega attended the ceremony at the Progresif headquarters in Gadong.
Hajah Nurul Haniah said Progresif’s commitment to their customers extends beyond the convenience of communication to ensuring customers safety and security.
In a momentous milestone, Aegis Secure Solutions Sdn Bhd proudly commemorated our 25th year anniversary during our Annual Dinner at Tarindak D’Polo Royal Brunei Polo and Riding Club. Since its inception in 1998, the company has grown from strength to strength, adapting to the market, and redefining standards through innovation. Directors and employees from Aegis Secure Solutions Sdn Bhd, ASDS, and Sphere Secure Services Sdn Bhd came together to celebrate the Aegis brand.
CEO, Mr Jorge Vega, delivered his opening speech. He extended his congratulations, reflected on the outstanding achievements over the past 25 years, and acknowledged the collective efforts of its supportive leadership and dedicated employees.
Adding a touch of sweetness to the festivities, the celebration also included a cake-cutting ceremony. The cake itself was customized and decorated with part of the Aegis logo.
The celebration was accompanied with performances, featuring a mesmerizing magician’s show and the remarkable talents of singers from various departments, including Human Resources (HR) and Electrical Secure Solutions (ESS). Embracing the theme of ‘Arabian Night’, attendees wore creative outfits that created an atmosphere of camaraderie. The highlight of the evening was a dazzling catwalk, with awards given to the best-dressed participants.
Recognizing the dedication of our long- serving employees, the event also featured the presentation of the Long Service Awards for those who have contributed 15, 10 and 5 years to Aegis Secure Solutions Sdn Bhd and Sphere Secure Services (S3). Among those accepting the award was our CEO Jorge Vega who has reached the significant milestone of 10 years in Brunei.
To express the company’s gratitude for employees’ dedication and efforts, there were numerous prizes for the lucky draw including grand prizes of a washing machine, TV, and more. The joyful event concluded with some games and more opportunities to win prizes.
