Honors S3 Security Officer for Swift Response

On August 2, 2024, Sphere Secure Services proudly recognized S3 Security Officer Mohamad Hussin bin Haji Sahari for his swift response during an incident at Mabohai Shopping Complex. Officer Hussin quickly intervened when an individual began harassing a staff member and causing a public disturbance, ensuring the safety and security of everyone present at his own personal risk.

Sphere Secure Services extends its heartfelt gratitude to Officer Hussin for his bravery, dedication, and quick thinking. His actions reflect the highest standards of professionalism and commitment to public safety.

To show our appreciation we compensated him for the loss of his phone and watch during the incident. Hazirah Mohamad Kamarulzaman, the Human Resource Supervisor handed the items to Officer Hussin. Sphere Secure Services remains committed to recognizing and celebrating the outstanding efforts of its team members who go above and beyond in their duties.

First Aid Training 2024

Recently, staff from ASDS attended a 2 day first aid course. During the course, they are all taught how to evaluate and respond to situations and when immediate first aid is needed.

The first aid course teaches them various skills from proper CPR techniques, use of AEDs and how to place the patients in a state of recovery until medical care team arrives. There are also educated on preventive measures such as the right way to get rid of gloves after usage. This course is to equip the staff with knowledge and skills to provide emergency care in the event of an emergency.
