Last month, 2 of our staff have attended the train the trainer training. it was held for one week at SEAMEO VOCTECH.
Train the Trainer program is designed to enhance the capabilities in training delivery through effective facilitation and presentation skills and techniques. Over the course of one week, participants(2 of our ASDS staff) have engaged in comprehensive training sessions aimed at refining their ability to effectively transfer knowledge to others. Through interactive workshops, practical exercises, and expert guidance, participants have learnt strategies for engaging learners, fostering participation, and delivering impactful presentations. At the end of the program, they would possess the skills and confidence needed to excel as trainers, ensuring that their training sessions are engaging, informative, and memorable.
ASDS team has successfully conducted a hands on training to teachers of Sekolah Rendah Jalan 49 over 4 days to ensure that the teachers are proficient in the use of the innovative EIBOARD SMART BOARD technology to be use for engaged learning. The training covers the use of tools available for teachers to leverage with their teaching methodology.
ASDS is thankful for the various feedbacks and dedication during the training sessions.
ASDS SDN BHD is proud to announce that three of our dedicated staff members recently participated in a comprehensive ‘Train the Trainer’ program hosted at the BILIF building. The training, spanning three days from 8 am to 5 pm, aimed at enhancing their skills and expertise in facilitating effective training sessions.
This initiative underscores ASDS SDN BHD’s commitment to continuous professional development, ensuring our team stays at the forefront of industry knowledge and can deliver top-notch training experiences. We are confident that the newly acquired insights will not only benefit our staff but also contribute to the overall growth and success of our organization.
