At Aegis Secure Solutions Sdn Bhd, we take immense pride in recognizing and celebrating the outstanding contributions of our dedicated team members. It is with great pleasure that we announce the first ever recipient of the Employee of the Year Award for 2023, Muhammad Harith Syahmi Bin Hardi.
Muhammad Harith Syahmi Bin Hardi became eligible for the award after receiving the Star Employee of the Month Award in August 2023. He demonstrated exceptional bravery, alertness and quick thinking when confronted with an attempted break-in at a client’s premises. His diligence while performing his duties and adherence to procedure ensured that the client’s premises were secured and that a report was made in a timely manner with supporting pictures to aid any further investigation.
The quick response and actions by Muhammad Harith Syahmi Bin Hardi embodies our company values, demonstrating integrity, customer focus, and a commitment to securing Brunei. His dedication to safeguarding our client’s premises and taking decisive action in the face of uncertainty is a testament to his exemplary character.
As we celebrate Muhammad Harith Syahmi Bin Hardi as our Employee of the Year, we extend our heartfelt congratulations and gratitude for his exceptional contribution. Firman Allah Subhanahu Wata’ala dalam surah Surah Al-Isra’ Ayat 1:
“ Maha Suci Allah Yang telah menjalankan hambaNya (Muhammad) pada malam hari dari Masjid Al-Haram (di Makkah) ke Masjid Al-Aqsa (di Palestin), Yang Kami berkati sekelilingnya, untuk memperlihatkan kepadanya tanda-tanda (kekuasaan dan kebesaran) kami. Sesungguhnya Allah jualah Yang Maha Mendengar, lagi Maha mengetahui ”.
