Health, Safety and Environment Officer

Location: Bandar Seri Begawan

Responsible for the development, direction, and coordination of plans, organization, and implementation of environmental, health, and safety programs to assure that management take actions needed to raise employee awareness regarding these matters. Advises management/employee on government regulations relating to health and safety and what action to attain compliance. Identify common safety/health hazards inherent in the organization’s operation. Develop HSE related training programs. Monitors safety and health performance and recommends priorities and actions for improvement.

Minimum Degree in the related field.

Have working experience in Health & Safety related fields.

Holds a valid NEBOSH or/and IOSH certificate or related qualifications

Must have a valid driving license.

Able to write and communicate fluently in the English Language & Bahasa Melayu.

Electronic Secure Solution Technician

Location: Bandar Seri Begawan

To ensure the daily operational of the Electronic Security Services is properly monitor and to achieves corporate clients and home secure clients expectation. Attend client and do troubleshooting. To report if any defects in the area that affecting the daily conduct of divisional operations and ensures that all necessary repair work is carried out without delay. Highly competent in understanding the equipment. Installation and programming the Electronic Security System internal, corporate clients and home secure customer.

Minimum Diploma in HND in the relevant field

or at least 1 or 2 ‘O’ Level with English and Malay Credit.

Have a knowledge of Lenel, Bosch or Honeywell is an advantage.

Have experience in technical /knowledge in CCTV, Alarm System and etc.

Experience in designing software like Coral, Autocad, Photoshop.

Good command of spoken and written in English and Malay.

Have driving license and no transport issues.

Human Resources

Location: Bandar Seri Begawan

Responsible to carry out HR activities and to ensure day to day operations are fully compliance with the updated policy and SOPs. Manage and filling of all relevant documentation of employee personal file for all employees of AEGIS, S3 and ASDS that includes record of leave, contracts, training and disciplinary. Assist in the preparation of employment contract, TAP contribution, Vetting and re-vetting of employees.

Minimum NTEC/HNTEC in Administrative, Business Admin or related field

or minimum experience of 6 months or 1 year in the job field.

Have minimum 1 or 2 ‘O’ Level with English and Malay Credit.

Good command of spoken and written in English and Malay.

Have driving license and no transport issues.
